Many fans and critics of Strange Design are vaguely aware that for many years the members of Strange Design have been a part of many great Orginal endevours.  With the rapid success of Strange Design, many fans assume that SD has been around for a long time and is a full time touring act.  In actualality, Strange Design formed in 2008 and has been one of many projects for the members of the bands. 

Strange Design's creation occured during the void in the seemingly final retirement of Phish.  Now that Phish has returned, Strange Design has choosen to perform rare special performances in select cities to celebrate the rich history of the band that so derservingly deserves a tribute in it's name; Phish!

There are new original projects in the works for the SD members and many that have existed throughout the years.  We encourage you to enjoy the original music these fabulous musicians have created!
